Our standard turnaround for all other restorations is approximately two weeks. We keep you informed throughout, and if anything changes, you’ll hear from us before it affects your planning.
Every material used in our laboratory is TGA-approved. We’ve held this standard for over 43 years, and have no intention of changing it. Your patients' safety and your professional standing both depend on what goes into the restorations you deliver.
Every restoration passes through a multi-stage internal quality check before it leaves our laboratory. We don’t dispatch work we’re not satisfied with. If something needs refinement, we refine it, and we don’t count that against your turnaround time.
We offer try-ins as standard and won’t finalise a case until both you and your patient are happy with the result. All restorations are covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty against defects or faults related to fabrication quality.
For complex cases, you speak directly with the lead technician working on your file. It’s a deliberate part of how we handle cases where the detail matters and communication gaps aren’t acceptable.
